Construction of an equipment shed with loading dock and mezzanine for the Wastewater Treatment Plant of the Condominio Zona Franca El Coyol.
During the year 2022, an important industrial project was carried out in the Coyol Free Trade Zone, which consisted of cleaning and dredging the rainwater lagoon located in this area. The lagoon had accumulated a large amount of sediment and other materials, which affected its capacity to retain rainwater and its function as a drainage system for the industrial zone.
This project was called “Walking Floor” by our corporate client INOLASA, and was carried out in 2021 in the town of Barranca, Puntarenas. It consisted in the redesign and construction of reinforced concrete structures for the Steam and Power Plant in the BIOMASS area.
